Dancing In A Dream: Part Two

Next Night

Scully sat on her couch, watching tv.  After a while, she turned off the television and just relaxed on the couch.  Her mind wandered off to the dream she had last night.  It was a strange dream.  Why would I dream that Krycek would dance with me?  Mulder would have a heart attack if he found out that his worst enemy was part of my dream.  She remembered when she kissed Krycek in her dream.

That seemed so real.  It was almost as if I had kissed him in real life and not in the dream.  She sighed and closed her eyes, letting last night's dream play through her mind again.

Since she was lost in her thoughts, she wouldn't have noticed the sound of her door opening.  The person who opened her door walked in slowly, noticing her on the couch.  He closed the door and slowly walked towards the couch.

Scully heard footsteps behind her and turned her head.  When she turned her head, she saw that it was Krycek.  What is he doing here?  She didn't reach for her gun or anything.  She just sat on the couch, watching him approach her.  For the moment, she was unable to speak or breathe.

She finally got hold of her voice and breath.  "What are you doing here, Krycek?"  He stopped.  "I need to talk to you about something."

She turned around completely so she could face him.  "What about?"  She noticed the uncertainty in his eyes.

"I had a dream last night."

She got up and walked over to him.  "What was the dream about?"

He looked at her.  "You'll probably laugh at me about this but umm…it had you and me in it and we were…well we were dancing."

Scully's jaw dropped.  Oh my god?!  Could he possibly have had the same dream as me?  Wow.

"I was wondering if you knew anything about that."

She fixed her face and looked at him.  "I had the same dream last night."

He looked into her eyes, kind of shocked.  "Really?"

She nodded.  "I didn't think it was possible for people to share dreams but I guess it is."

"Wow."  Who would have thought Scully and I would have the same dream?

"I was just thinking about the dream, actually.  I was trying to figure it out."

"I did that too but nothing really came up."

She had a hard time getting this question out of her mouth.  "In your dream, did…I…well…did I kiss you?"

"Yea."

"Wow.  We really did have the same dream?"

He laughed a little at the idea of sharing a dream.

"What's so funny?"  She looked at him, curious.

"I can't believe I actually shared a dream with you."

She smiled slightly.  "It's crazy, isn't it?"

He nodded.  "Well since we got that figured out, I better go."  He headed for the door.

"Don't go."

He looked at her.  "Why don't you want me to go?"

That dream must mean something…but what?  "Do you remember the end of the dream?"

Krycek thought about it a little.

He was about to speak but she interrupted him.  "You told me to wake up.  I didn't want to."

He looked at her, confused.  "Why didn't you want to wake up?"

She walked over to him.  "Because I didn't want you to go and I don't want you to go now."  The dream was telling me that I liked Krycek more than I should have.

"Scully, I…"

She put a finger on his mouth and replaced her finger with her mouth.  He hesitated for a second but he puts his arms around her and kissed her back.

This is better than the dream.

She pulled away slightly and looked into his passion filled eyes.  "If this is a dream, I don't ever want to wake up."

He smiled at her.  "Me either."  He kissed her again.

She put her arms around his neck and kissed him back.

They broke the kiss to get some air in their lungs and busied themselves with walking to the bedroom and taking off their clothes.

Scully stood in front of Krycek, naked.  He was naked too.  He reached over to her and touched her cheek.  She reached over and ran her hand up and down his chest, feeling his pounding heart.  He leaned in and kissed her softly.  She kissed him back, feeling the muscles.  He pulled her close to him, enjoying the feel of her body against his and kissed her passionately.  Scully put her arms around his neck and kissed back.  As she was kissing him, she noticed that she was being pushed towards the bed by Krycek.  Before she could protest, she landed on the bed with him on top of her.  She smiled up at him and kissed him.  He kissed her back and ran his hand up and down her chest.  He gently tickled her with his fingertips moving over her stomach, causing her to laugh a little in his mouth.

"This is so much better than the dream."  She put her fingers into his hair.  He smiled down at her.  "Yeah it is."  He leaned down and started kissing her neck, making her moan and smile.  His mouth moved from her neck to her stomach, kissing her belly button and her ribs.  "You're so beautiful, Dana."

She smiled at him.  "You're so beautiful too."

He came back up and kissed her passionately.  Scully noticed that he was lying between her legs.  She wrapped her hips around him with a smile.  He entered her slowly, watching her face.  He leaned down and kissed her softly.  Scully kissed him back.  They kept eye to eye contact as he started to move in her.  As he moved faster, it seemed to them that nothing else mattered to them except this.  She let out a loud moan just when her orgasm started.  His came right after hers, leaving them both panting.  Krycek got off her and snuggled up next to her.

Scully put her arms around him and rested her head against his chest, hearing his heart.  He embraced her also.

"Stay tonight."

He looked at her and nodded.

She smiled a little and kissed his chest.  He reached down and pulled up the blanket around them.

"Goodnight Dana."

"Goodnight Alex."

They fell asleep in each other's arms.  The only thing that came into Scully's head was how happy she was.
